Return & Exchange Policy

1. You have 10 days from when you ordered to return a product, but only if it's damaged or has a manufacturing issue. The 10 days start from when our delivery team or courier confirms the product reached you. To return, email us at support@tangrie.com.

2. Send us two pictures—one showing the damaged part and another of the whole product—to our contact number - 98725-66546 . Our Quality Assurance team will check these to see if the return is eligible.

3. After we get your return request with pictures, we'll let you know the status within 2-3 days. If your return is accepted, we'll organize someone to pick up the product. This pickup usually takes 2-3 working days, and delivery to our warehouse takes about 4-6 days. Once we have the product back, our Quality Assurance team will inspect it, and then we'll start the replacement process.

Things to remember:
- Return the product with all its original stuff, like packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping labels (stick them on the packet), and the invoice.
- The product must be in the same condition as when you got it.
